Cost Engineers, Inc. was originally established in the 1960s and was reincorporated in 2017 with the purpose of providing a more modern approach to commercial construction cost estimating.
Our main focus is to assist in the design process with the goal of aligning construction costs and design needs of the client to help keep the project on budget. Our services begin in the early conceptual and programming stages when drawings can be simple, or may not even exist. Our firm provides construction cost estimating services to establish project cost goals that extend and adapt as the design and drawings continue to progress. As the project matures and models often take shape, we make full use of those models to help continue developing accurate construction cost estimates to the completion of the design. At times our services can extend into the post-bid phase where cost reconciliations and negotiations can occur.
